 Day Three: Communication Skills for Sustainable Leaders 

  • Identifying barriers to communication
  • Removing barriers to communication
  • Future Leaders of 2020 – Generational Differences
  • Active listening skills and asking the right questions
  • Thinking and acting globally

Day Four: Problem-Solving & Decision Making

  • How problem-solving & decision-making differ
  • Identify the cause(s) of a problem (CATWOE, repetitive why & cause-and-effect analysis)
  • Organise, analyse, and prioritise ideas (affinity diagram & PMI)
  • Determine the appropriate way of making the decision (Vroom-Jago Decision Model)
