Training Course Overview

Understanding and managing risk, and reliability using operational research techniques and applying them to cases of major failures and disasters is vitally important to prevent and mitigate against major failures and disasters and to promote learning from failures using root cause analysis. This intensive COPEX training course will help to give focus on resilience and mindfulness and the drive to improve management practices. By examining known and topical cases, as well as cases related to the particular own experience of the delegates, this will be based on the analysis of reported disasters to understand the root causes of why those incidents occurred and how such crises unfold over time and hence how can we learn generic lessons from those disasters and apply to the workplace.
