It is essential that project professionals understand the various elements and constraints in the preparation of Public-Private Partnerships (PPP). These types of schemes can vastly differ and therefore it is important to grasp the essential skills required to manage stakeholder expectations and work across different boundaries. There are many different organizations and departments involved in successful PPP schemes and this course has been designed for a range of individual professions.
